With a total of eight incredible venues throughout the UK, we have ambitious plans, never standing still, we are passionate about developing new and exciting products, which means we’re always growing and looking for passionate people to join the family.

The Job

Working within our Technology team, you will join our busy team responsible for assembling and configuring new venue hardware, system installation during construction and providing technical support to our venue staff.  The team is expected to ensure our technology remains spectacular for our guests, supporting our venues both remotely and on-site, in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist the Lead Tech Support engineer in the technical installation of a wide variety of our gaming hardware, including computers, tablets, gameplay technology, cameras, screens etc.

  • Assist the Lead Tech Support Engineer in providing support for head office IT, server and cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of technical training to our venues.

About You

The ideal candidate will embrace technology as well as our values of innovation, warmth, passion and togetherness. You’ll be as confident building a new venue as you are behind a desk.  To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have at least 1 years experience providing professional technical support as part of a team, both desk-side and remotely, in Windows and Mac environments.
  • Reliably become a pivotal member of a small and growing team in a rapidly growing company
  • Have Some previous experience of the following:

We’re passionate about what we do, working together to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests. But, we don’t rest on our laurels; we’re fearless and innovative, always looking for ways to push the boundaries in our roles.

The way we work with each other is at the heart of everything we do and, if you join us, we’ll always make sure you know how much we value your contribution and hard work.
