The Job

Working closely with the Head of Dressing & Production, the Dressing & Production Manager will work across multiple venues on the buying, coordination and installation of dressing for new venue openings and maintaining the existing estate. 

You will maintain close relationships with our Interiors and Logistics teams for the coordination of new venues and dressing stock. Working within budget and to the Dressing & Production plan, managing the purchase of dressing and production items ensuring that both UK and international partners receive the required items.  

You will assist the Head of in managing a team of Dressing & Production co-ordinators, and work closely on coordinating a team of contractors and demonstrate our values and behaviours at all times whilst ensuring that all deadlines are achieved. You will have oversight and understanding of deliverables for all live projects to manage or delegate responsibilities to the wider Dressing & Production team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Dressing & Production, producing project plans within the phases of a property build
  • Assist in managing the teams time, resourcing accordingly for each venue opening or project. Managing  outstanding deliverables, updating processes and help develop and streamline the workflow
  • Prep for buying trips and work with the Logistics team to ensure all items are catalogued and recorded
  • Work with the team and key stakeholders to produce key deliverables for each new venue, including a Concept Document, a Dressing Schedule  and a Dressing Plan and budget.
  • Ensure that all the required dressing and supplies arrive on site and are stored appropriately. Ensure appropriate resource has been booked to help with the larger/more technical pieces 
  •  See through the entire process of both internal and external signage for all venues from concept to installation.
  • Manage each venues unique planting solution and ensure its budgeted for in terms of purchase, delivery and install.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the key print suppliers
  • Work with key production partners to develop and innovate production, keeping all file sharing and communication clear and effective.
  • Work with the Facilities Manager and the Operations Managers for requests for new, upgraded or replacement dressing & production items.
  • Ensure that all dressing and production categories and processes are recorded for training and reference purposes.
  • Manage and support a team of Dressing & Production Co-ordinators


To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Extensive experience of working in a similar role and setting
  • Proven experience of managing a team
  • Project management and budget management experience
  • A strong understanding of creative studio processes
  • Proven experience in working across multiple work streams and projects concurrently
  • Experience of managing and building strong relationships with external suppliers to achieve the outcomes required.
  • Working experience in Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office and Sketchup a plus
  • A Creative based degree is desirable
