With a total of 13 incredible venues throughout the UK, we have ambitious plans, never standing still, we are passionate about developing new and exciting products, which means we’re always growing and looking for passionate people to join the family.

The Job

As Product Manager, you will own the health of all of our products. You will be responsible for project managing a product from concept, through design, development through to promotion and marketing.  You will develop, and project manage the product roadmap and customer journey for all new products and continuously review the health and impact of our current products, utilising customer and market insights to recommend improvements where appropriate.

Reporting to the CEO,  you will ensure the company has full visibility of the complete guest journey of each product.  You will work closely with internal teams to ensure sales objectives are being met, product briefs are being executed correctly and training is completed.

You will need to become intimate with our products and services, observing and gaining hands on experience and understanding of the full end to end product and guest journey.  The role therefore requires flexibility in working times (not hours) and location to ensure thorough evaluation of all our products as they are experienced by our guests.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
  • Research and analyse market conditions ensuring evidence-based decision making is applied to our product roadmap
  • Assess product viability by analysing proposed product requirements and preparing return on investment analysis
  • Develop business cases to demonstrate product viability and/or refinement of current products

 Product Roadmap & Lifecycle Management

  • Support the CEO in the development of the overarching product & guest roadmap
  • Project manage the product lifecycle, bringing together an integrated plan for development, sales and marketing
  • Work with the marketing team, providing market insight to develop a product marketing plan, and campaigns to generate product awareness and demand.  Recommending most appropriate channels to market and pricing strategy based on market analysis and review.
  • Continually assess and improve product performance and effectiveness through ongoing market research, venue and customer insight.  Recommending product refinements or retirement where appropriate
  • Manage the product portfolio, a dashboard reporting the health of each live product

 Guest Insight & Guest Journey

  • Create a guest journey for all products which is focused on improving loyalty and advocacy both internally and externally
  • Assess market impact of product through venue and guest insight, sourcing third party expertise where appropriate
  • Work across all functions to ensure that the product and guest roadmap delivery is on track against targets and provide appropriate guest analysis input into the sales and marketing plans to Marketing team
  • Develop and maintain a best practice library on guest experience case studies from different companies and industries, as well as a collation of best practice gained through experience in Targeted Programs

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Significant product management, product marketing or guest operations experience
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience of working with market and customer research, either as a practitioner or user
