Hello, we’re Red Engine, the team behind the award-winning global brands Flight Club and Electric Shuffle. We're obsessed with disrupting the hospitality industry by creating and delivering the best possible experiences, taking traditional pastimes and reinventing them in a spectacular setting.

 With a total of 15 incredible venues throughout the UK (and more to come!), we have ambitious plans and are never standing still, always looking for ways to innovate and improve. We’re excited to be on the hunt for a Business Development Manager.


** This role will require regular travel between 3 of our London sites - Victoria, Islington & Bloomsbury, you must be able to travel between these sites as and when required for this role **

The Job

As Business Development Manager you will raise the profile of our four Flight Clubs located across London, developing key relationships within the community, local businesses, industry, managing key outreach plans to drive revenue and brand awareness.

You will be a keen self-starter and brand advocate, confident in representing Flight Club, working as a key part of the Sales and Marketing team. This role will include travel between all 4 sites.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy and campaigns
  • Relationship management
  • Networking
  • Representing our brand 
  • Reporting

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Some BDM experience in a similar setting
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Great prioritisation skills
  • A proven track record of exceptional customer relationship management
