The Job         

As a UX Researcher within the Product Team, you will take ownership research and delivering actional insights across our guest experience end to end. Working across multiple squads you’ll work closely with technology, creative and operational teams and have the chance to make a real impact. 

You will shape the future of our guest experiences through discovery work, in-depth analysis and regular reporting across the business. You will deepen the teams understanding of our guests and present insight on how to maximise guest and business value. 

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Conducting best-in-class research methodologies to deliver robust guest insights and actionable next steps. 
  • Building a clear understanding of the guest needs, behaviours and experience to guide product design and development. 
  • Designing and execute studies that address guest behaviours and trends across the guest journey. 
  •  Building reports to facilitate study and data-led decision-making. 
  •  Collaborating with the product squads by gaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio and feature sets. 
  •  Partnering with product teams to set up and run experiments, analyse and draw insight from the results. 
  • Analysing performance from a well-rounded view, transforming raw data into measurable insights using data points from quantitative and qualitative platforms. 
  •  Proactively look for opportunities to optimise audience experience and drive engagement. 
  •  Being the champion of research and insight across the wider team.  

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll:

 

  • Have extensive experience in research, UX research or service design role, preferably in digital and physical environments. 
  • Have a proven track record of understanding customer behaviour through a suite of research methodologies. 
  • Have strong experience with generative and evaluative research. 
  •  Have good working knowledge of how digital products use experimentation and experience analysing results of A/B tests. 
  • Demonstrate strong Knowledge of key analytical tools. 
  •  Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. 
  •  Be proactive self-starter focused on working strategically  
  •  A key collaborator and thrives working as part of a cross-functional team.
