The Job 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Strategist to co-ordinate the key tactics across the brand life cycle, measuring the performance and driving processes for delivering change. Partnering closely with the Creative Director, you will oversee the brand roadmaps for both Flight Club and Electric Shuffle, empowering the UK and global teams with the insight, tools and guidance they need to amplify and grow our award-winning brands. 


Key responsibilities will include: 

Brand Roadmap Development 

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to establish a comprehensive roadmap outlining key milestones 

  • Define macro-level goals and guide the tactical efforts necessary to achieve them 

Brand Evolution Sessions 

  • Plan, organize, and document bi-annual workshops with teams from Interiors, Marketing, and Product 

  • Run sessions with all Global Marketing partners 

  • Evaluate accomplishments from the past six months and identify opportunities to amplify areas of strength 

  • Playback combined learnings to all, ensuring any new evolutions are memorialised in the Brand Guidelines 

Brand Guidelines Management 

  • Lead the Brand Guidelines project, ensuring a seamless transition into SharePoint 

  • Empower authors to maintain up-to-date and relevant guidelines, accessible to all stakeholders 

Brand Health Framework 

  • Design and implement a framework to gain insights into brand performance against objectives 

  • Communicate insights effectively to relevant departments, driving alignment and focus 


To be successful in this role, you’ll have: 

Passion for Brands 

  • An innate passion for building and amplifying brands, with a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer experiences through brand consistency and innovation 

Proven Experience

  •  A strong track record in project management, running multiple workstreams and aligning various teams and stakeholders. Prince2 qualification ideal. 
  • Relevant experience on co-ordinating multiple brand strategies, with understanding of both maintaining the lifecycle and executing change                      

  • Previous exposure to working within a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic industry such as hospitality, entertainment, or retail 

Strategic Thinking 

  • The ability to balance long-term brand vision with day-to-day tactical execution 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret brand health metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies 

Project Management Expertise 

  • Exceptional organizational skills to oversee multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in planning, managing, and delivering workshops or team sessions effectively 

Creative Leadership 

  • A natural flair for creativity, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Confidence in collaborating with creative teams and translating brand ideas into practical outputs 

Collaborative Approach 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across various departments
  • Adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of the brand’s vision 

Technical Proficiency 

  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, project management software, and data visualization platforms
  • Confidence in managing digital assets and empowering teams to maintain resources effectively
