The Job

As A Product Manager reporting the to Product Director, you will be obsessed with the guest and focus on understanding their motivations, needs and behaviours. You will have ownership of the website discovery and explore experience strategy, roadmap, and delivery. In a creative environment, you will develop inspirational storytelling, showcase the Guest in-venue experience and articulate the product proposition and services. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Working within the product team you will: 
  • Be guest obsessed. 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives. 

  • Establish success metrics and ensure that the team are aligned through OKRS. 

  • Drive and manage a continuous development environment and product lifecycle. 

  • Interrogate behavioural data to review success of product releases and identify development opportunities. 

  • Partner with design to conduct usability testing and collect customer feedback as required through the product development process. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional  teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications. 

  • Report user engagement across the website discovery experience through reporting tools and produce periodic reports to be presented to the team. 

  • Consistently apply product best practice and acts as an advocate of the product discipline. 

  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices and perform regular competitive analysis.  

  

To be successful in this role, you'll ; 

Have solid product management experience, ideally from the entertainment and hospitality industries.  
  • Have a track record of successfully leading and delivering digital products and campaigns driving outcomes in engagement and driving to conversion. 

  • Have experience partnering within Brand and Marketing teams to deliver inspiring and engaging user experiences. 

  • Demonstrate best practice SEO strategies on site and keyword support mechanics and tactics. 

  • Have analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies and roadmap plans. 

  • Have experience working in an agile development environment, employing iterative and data-driven methodologies. 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  

  • Be customer-centric, creative and problem-solving mindset. 

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
