Our central team covers the full spectrum of skills needed to bring each concept to life – from design to marketing, sales to interior design, people and training, to finance, gaming and HR and everything in between.   We’re not just a team of people, we are dreamers, artists, rocket scientists, content curators, forward thinkers and the industry’s finest. We love what we do and are proud to be included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work three years running.

The Job

As Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business by managing collaborative processes and projects, ensuring they are well-documented, structured, and efficiently executed. • Leading process mapping workshops with key stakeholders to optimise workflows
  • Implementing various process improvement solutions e.g. automation, data visualisation, AI tools and other appropriate methods
  • Providing training and ongoing support to others on implemented changes

Process Optimisation and Automation

  • Design and implementation of appropriate optimisation, AI and data visualisation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot) to optimise processes across the business
  • Keeping up to date with new tools and advancements that could benefit the business, balanced against the tools and skills we already have available.
  • Collaborating with other solution development roles e.g. Senior Business Analyst to ensure consistency and prevent duplication
  • Training, knowledge share and ongoing support on implemented solutions

Process Management & Governance

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes
  • Documenting workflows and creating structured process guides to ensure clarity
  • Taking ownership of managing key planning processes
  • Monitoring the impact of process changes, pivoting when needed to achieve the best results
  • Keeping teams accountable for their deliverables, flagging risks or blockers early

Project Management

  • Developing project plans and updating relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and clear outcomes
  • Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track

To be successful in this role, you’ll:

  • Have proven experience in process management and optimisation across different business functions
  • Have demonstratable experience of using AI tools to drive efficiencies
  • Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Be structured and process-driven, with confidence in documenting and improving workflows
  • Have a great eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience desired with platforms such as Microsoft suite & Power Platform tools
  • Have a proactive, detail-focused approach, always spotting gaps and ensuring nothing gets missed
  • Have proven experience setting clear objectives, meeting deadlines, facilitating meetings understanding and inspiring others

  • Private healthcare
  • Regular team socials
