We are currently recruiting for a Bartender at The Londoner, the role is for The Residence - a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests’ every work and leisure needs.

Overview:

  • Direct the bar team to ensure seamless service and a warm, engaging atmosphere

  • Develop and maintain an exceptional cocktail and spirits programme aligned with luxury market trends

  • Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards of precision and craftsmanship

  • Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

  • Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the overall experience

  • Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and operational policies

  • Represent The Residence as an ambassador of its style, creativity, and guest‑centric ethos

About You:

  • Current, in‑depth knowledge of London’s premium bar and liquor trends, with particular expertise in high‑end and rare whiskies

  • A proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with consistency and excellence

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every drink, interaction, and environment is executed flawlessly

  • A track record of achieving outstanding personal and departmental performance targets

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team

  • A guest‑focused mindset, always seeking opportunities to exceed expectations and enhance the experience
