Description
As a Kitchen Porter you will support the team by keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and helping the Head Chef with food preparation when required. You’ll be motivated, punctual and a real team player.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
- Supporting with keeping the kitchen and your own work area clean and tidy
- Maintaining our high standards and ensuring the chefs have everything they need for service
- Assisting the kitchen team when needed and helping with food prep
- Controlling waste management and recycling within the kitchen
- Receiving food deliveries and storing away in an organised manner
KEY SKILLS
- Working well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrating strong company and menu knowledge
