We continually strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is part of our DNA, reflected in our values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity. We believe that a variety of perspectives enriches our culture and drives our success.
When you join us on the Ultimate Leader Programme (ULP) you start a unique opportunity to become celebrated as the very best in your field. You'll learn not only from your fellow Legends, but also through our award-winning Dorchester Collection learning academy. You will achieve the highest standards of service and leadership that will help you build your own career story.
The Ultimate Leaders Programme is a dynamic opportunity underpinned around our ‘We Care’ culture designed to fast-track you in achieving a supervisory role upon completion of the programme. During the programme you will work in one of our world renowned hotels and will be supported by our senior leaders, to develop the technical and behavioural skills aligned to becoming a hospitality specialist.
During your time as a ULP you will also gain exposure of an array of training material delivered by our Learning & Development team, supported through our Dorchester Collection Learning Academy. When you join us as a ULP you will have the opportunity to work across our Dorchester Collection UK hotels, you may decide to be based in the town at The Dorchester or 45 Park Lane, in the country at Coworth Park or even decide the combination of both or taking our extended 18 month programme based in the town and country with accommodation support provided, depending on where your heart lies.
As a Rooms Management Graduate, you'll love
what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Rooms Management Graduate, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
What you'll bring
What you'll get
We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants. If you need us to do anything to support you during the recruitment process (such as adjustments to how you apply, alternative formats of information, or adjustments to the assessment process itself), please do call People & Culture team on 02073197011 or email PeopleAndCultureLondon.UK@dorchestercollection.com so that we can discuss how we can support you through this process.
