We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and opening shifts, so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want.

We also have some mid-day and closing shifts available, so if your schedule works better later in the day, we still want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and blended drinks with a smile
• Deliver fast, amazing service to every customer
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for the morning rush
• Work as part of a positive, upbeat team that supports each other and keeps the energy high  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
• Must have flexible availability to work opening and/or midday hours

The base hourly rate for this position is $13.50 per hour. In addition to the base rate, baristas typically earn an additional $1–$2 per hour in tips, depending on location and shift. Actual hourly earnings may vary.
