We are currently looking for a talented and driven Supervisor, with
experience in premium food and bar establishments to join our team. The Salt Yard family was born out of founders Sanja Moll and Simon Mullins’ experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy.
A bar stool in Seville for a glass of cold sherry and a plate of glisteningly fresh squid; a trattoria in Bologna for a shared dish of oozing pumpkin tortellini with sage butter; a board of cheeses with honey and a large glass of Barolo in Milan; a long trawl around the windy streets of San Sebastian for sautéed wild mushrooms at one place and crispy morcilla croquetas at another, with a Txakolí or two along the way. Their aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality.
Do you love being the face of a busy pub, working with and guiding the bar team to deliver service excellence? Can you skilfully liaise with a strong kitchen team to deliver a great customer experience?
