We are looking for a kitchen porter who is ready for a new challenge and enjoys being an active member of the kitchen team. If you want an opportunity to develop new skills and grow within a fast paced, driven environment then this is the ideal role for you. The Salt Yard family was born out of founders Sanja Moll and Simon Mullins’ experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy.
A bar stool in Seville for a glass of cold sherry and a plate of glisteningly fresh squid; a trattoria in Bologna for a shared dish of oozing pumpkin tortellini with sage butter; a board of cheeses with honey and a large glass of Barolo in Milan; a long trawl around the windy streets of San Sebastian for sautéed wild mushrooms at one place and crispy morcilla croquetas at another, with a Txakolí or two along the way. Their aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality.
We are part of the award-winning Urban Pubs & Bars group, a fast growing independent hospitality group with an incredible and diverse range of pubs, bars and restaurants all with their own quirky personality!
