We are looking for dependable, energetic, and responsible Overnight Sandwich Artists to join our Subway team! Overnight team members play an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next day while providing excellent service to our late-night guests.

Because this position works during overnight hours, we are looking for individuals who can work independently, stay productive without constant supervision, and complete all assigned responsibilities before the end of their shift.

• Greet and provide excellent customer service to every guest
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway standards
• Follow proper portioning, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized sandwich line
• Complete required food preparation for the following day
• Bake and prepare bread as needed
• Restock meats, vegetables, sauces, chips, drinks, cookies, and supplies
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
• Wash dishes and maintain the dishwashing area
• Sweep and mop floors, including underneath movable equipment
• Clean lobby, tables, chairs, doors, restrooms, and beverage station
• Take out trash and keep outside/entrance areas presentable
• Complete temperature logs and other required food-safety checks
• Properly rotate products using FIFO and check dates/labels
• Follow cash-handling procedures and maintain register accuracy
• Complete shift-change cash counts when required
• Prepare the restaurant so the morning team arrives to a clean, stocked, and ready-to-operate store
• Follow all Subway policies, procedures, and safety standards
