Pay & Compensation
$12.50–$15.00 per hour for part-time team members or those with limited availability
Up to $17.00 per hour for full-time team members with open availability

Key Responsibilities
As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations while delivering a consistently positive guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
Preparing and serving accurate, high-quality food orders in accordance with Subway® standards
Maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient shifts
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Following all scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping expectations
Performing well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during peak periods
Taking ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities throughout each shift

Qualifications
Some high school education or equivalent
No previous food service experience required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant as needed
Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
