The Sun & 13 Canton's is a legendary pub in the heart of Soho, established in 1882, famous for the actors, musicians and artists who have graced its floors. Our pub serves a mix of classic and craft beers with a focus on music and the arts. The restaurant is ran as a residency and is currently operated by Mamapen, London's first Cambodian kitchen, led by celebrated chef Kaneda Pen. We have weekly DJ's, beer and cocktail promotions and are always looking for people to help the team improve.
We're looking for a new Supervisor to join the team and help with the day-to-day management of the pub. Experience across all facets of Front of House Team is required to be successful in this role, as you'll work a mix of restaurant and bar shifts as needed. The role will be between 30 - 40 hours a week with a mix of shifts. Experience in either a busy gastropub or restaurant environment is a plus. The ideal candidate will have at least two year's experience in a previous Supervisor or junior management role, is willing to learn, can take direction and wants to join the established team. We have great staff retention, with several team members having spent years in the pub and are always looking for fresh faces who want to contribute in the same way.
