Inspired by the grand cafés of Mittel Europe, The Delaunay is an all-day café restaurant located near Covent Garden.

 The role of Breakfast Chef De Partie: 

  • Preparation and cooking of a classic a la carte Breakfast menu, using quality fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes, specifications, and standards. 
  • Oversee and run a designated kitchen station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality breakfast dishes. 
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. 
  • Train and supervise any Demi and Commis breakfast Chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. 
  • Working as part of a professional team in a well-equipped kitchen  
  • Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.

We're looking for a Breakfast Chef De Partie who: 

  • Has previous experience at Chef De Partie level within a busy environment. 
  • Has the availability and travel access to start at 03.00am. 
  • Strives for excellence and inspire others. 
  • Has effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Is excited by this opportunity and interested in what we do. 
  • Holds the Right to Work in the UK. 

Expected earnings from £15.50ph
