We’re looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join the opening kitchen team at The Meadow Lark, following a major refurbishment of this exciting pub with rooms.

You’ll be joining from day one, working with fresh ingredients, a strong kitchen team and an experienced Head Chef to deliver great food in a busy, high-quality environment.

Located in Trumpington, just south of Cambridge, The Meadow Lark will feature:

• An 84-cover bar
• An 84-cover restaurant
• An 80-cover terrace and landscaped garden
• 19 boutique bedrooms

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work  at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes 
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
