Senior Sous Chef - Battersea
Our Story
For over 20 years, Wright Brothers has been passionate about sourcing and
serving exceptional seafood. What began with our co-founders, Ben Wright and
Robin Hancock, selling oysters has grown into Wright Brothers Wholesale,
supplying more than 750 restaurants across the UK, a collection of much-loved
London restaurants and Wright Brothers at Home, our online fishmonger.
In 2024, we established the Wright Brothers Sea Change Foundation to support projects that protect our oceans, promote sustainability and champion the coastal communities that depend on them.
Our philosophy is simple: work hard, be nice to people and be kind to our planet. We believe in great seafood, genuine hospitality and bringing good people together. We're passionate about understanding the provenance of what we serve, from the seafood we source to the wines we pour, and sharing that knowledge in a way that creates genuine connections with our guests.
