As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on key responsibilities to maintain high standards of service, support the team, and contribute to a positive and profitable work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the completion of daily tasks, maintaining operational excellence.
• Delegate tasks effectively and manage the team efficiently to achieve business goals.
• Lead individual shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Provide and promote exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Act as a representative of the business, upholding its values and presenting it in a positive light.

• Support the profitability of the business through effective management of stock, costs, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations as outlined by the organization.
