Experience Line Cooks

Jack & Harry’s is a high-energy, high-volume premium steakhouse known for impeccable service, timeless style, and exceptional New Orleans-inspired cuisine. We are seeking talented and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This is a fast-paced, full-time opportunity for professionals who thrive in refined kitchens and take pride in consistency, quality, and execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute menu items with precision, speed, and consistency in a demanding, high-volume kitchen
  • Set up and maintain an organized, fully stocked station before and during service
  • Work closely with the Chef team to ensure plating, flavor, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Uphold all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety guidelines throughout the shift
  • Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of line cook experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens (steakhouse experience a plus)
  • Strong knife skills, station awareness, and understanding of various cooking techniques
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and able to remain composed under pressure
  • Attention to detail and pride in your craft
  • Flexibility to work both lunch and dinner services as needed
