About the Opportunity

A Server at Jack & Harry’s plays an essential role in delivering a hospitality experience that is elevated, personalized, and seamless from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in guest-focused environments and understand the importance of professionalism, presentation, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.

We are seeking individuals who naturally create connection, carry themselves with confidence and warmth, and take pride in providing exceptional service. Hospitality experience can come from a variety of backgrounds including luxury dining, hotels, high-end retail, concierge services, wellness, nightlife, or other elevated guest-facing environments.

Our servers anticipate needs before they arise, communicate thoughtfully, and contribute to an atmosphere that feels sophisticated, energetic, and welcoming all at once.


Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, attentive, and hospitality-driven service to every guest

  • Develop strong knowledge of all food, wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings to confidently guide the guest experience

  • Execute all steps of service with consistency, precision, and attention to detail

  • Maintain professionalism, poise, and composure in a fast-paced environment

  • Create genuine connection with guests while anticipating needs and personalizing service

  • Collaborate closely with management and teammates to ensure seamless execution throughout service

  • Uphold the standards and atmosphere that define the Jack & Harry’s experience

  • Handle guest requests and concerns with grace, urgency, and professionalism

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities surrounding food, wine, spirits, and hospitality standards


Requirements

  • At least 18 years old

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional presence with a polished and guest-focused approach to hospitality

  • Naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure

  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

  • Experience in upscale hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, nightlife, fitness, or other client-facing environments preferred

  • Appreciation for food, wine, cocktails, and elevated dining experiences

  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop within a hospitality-driven organization

  • Willingness to complete training and product knowledge certifications

  • TABC Certification, as required

  • Certified for food and alcohol service as required by state and local agencies


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
