About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager for Tei-An, you will be entrusted with curating unforgettable guest moments while leading a team of exceptional individuals. Key Responsibilities
● Deliver exceptional, personalized service with an authentic passion for hospitality
● Uphold and embody Tei-An’s luxury service standards through inspirational leadership and high-energy presence
● Thoughtfully address guest concerns with grace and discretion, providing thoughtful and lasting resolutions
● Lead the hiring, training, and ongoing mentorship of a dynamic, service driven team
● Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and energize the team
● Oversee and refine the execution of service, ensuring every detail meets Tei An’s exacting standards
● Manage and optimize daily operations, staffing, and scheduling in collaboration with the General Manager
● Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality regulations
● Ensure timely submission of all administrative reporting and documentation
● Stay fully aligned with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Ideal Candidate
● High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred
● 5+ years of experience in an upscale or fine dining management role preferred
● Poised, polished, and solutions oriented under pressure
● Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
● Naturally driven to elevate the guest experience with professionalism and warmth
● Deep knowledge of service etiquette and the nuances of elevated dining environments
