About the Role
At Tei An, a hallmark of refined Japanese dining, we believe in crafting extraordinary experiences rooted in hospitality, precision, and grace. As a Restaurant Manager for Tei-An, you will be entrusted with curating unforgettable guest moments while leading a team of exceptional individuals. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalized service with an authentic passion for hospitality
Uphold and embody Tei-An’s luxury service standards through inspirational leadership and high-energy presence
Thoughtfully address guest concerns with grace and discretion, providing thoughtful and lasting resolutions
Lead the hiring, training, and ongoing mentorship of a dynamic, service driven team
Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and energize the team
Oversee and refine the execution of service, ensuring every detail meets Tei An’s exacting standards
Manage and optimize daily operations, staffing, and scheduling in collaboration with the General Manager
Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality regulations
Ensure timely submission of all administrative reporting and documentation
Stay fully aligned with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Ideal Candidate
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in an upscale or fine dining management role preferred
Poised, polished, and solutions oriented under pressure
Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
Naturally driven to elevate the guest experience with professionalism and warmth
Deep knowledge of service etiquette and the nuances of elevated dining environments
