Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco's team is seeking a LEAD RECEIVER to join them at THE WILLIAM VALE, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's most desired neighborhood, Williamsburg.

The William Vale features an all-day restaurant on the ground floor, a rooftop cocktail bar boasting panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, as well as a multi-faceted banquet and catering department.

Ideal candidates possess:
*Strong product knowledge.
*Basic understanding of purchasing.
*Basic understanding of kitchen inventory.
*Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
*Ability to receive and organize all of the products that enter the restaurant.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Great communication skills with management.
*Food Protection Certificate Holder.
