Perched at the top of South Place Hotel, Angler is a Michelin-starred
restaurant with a beautiful rooftop terrace, showcasing sustainable
seafood from British waters. Head Chef Craig Johnston's picture-perfect
plates and the extensive wine lists have established Angler as a destination
dining experience. Although known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and
carnivores are also well catered for with the best seasonal and local

We're looking for a passionate and guest-centric Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering unparalleled dining experiences. In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of service and guaranteeing guest satisfaction. We're seeking a candidate with warmth and charm, adept at building lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike. While contributing to the restaurant's success and strategy from a floor level, you'll also have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
