Head of Marketing

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join our growing Support Office team.

This is initially for a fixed 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for leading the marketing department in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to create value and increase the profitability of Black Rock Restaurants.

Our obsession with going above and beyond is inspired by the Persian concept of “Nooshe jân”. Used in a similar way to “bon appetit”, it also has a deeper meaning that translates more like “may it nourish your soul”. Because the experience we want to create goes way beyond a nice meal. We talk about our drinks, service, and atmosphere because we know they’re as important to customers as our food.

Every detail, from the quality of the ingredients, to the lighting, acoustics, and the pacing of the meal, feeds the feeling of well-being our customers leave with.

Founded by acclaimed Brighton-based restaurateur Razak Helalat, the Black Rock Restaurants Group comprises Brighton’s The Salt Room, The Coal Shed in London and Brighton, Burnt Orange and most recently, Tutto.
