Social Media & Content Manager
Brighton + London | Full-Time/ Restaurant Based
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead the voice, content and creative energy for Black Rock Restaurants - some of Brighton and London’s most exciting restaurant brands.
Black Rock Restaurants is one of Brighton’s leading independent hospitality groups, known for creating vibrant restaurants, bars, and hospitality experiences across the city.
The group includes Burnt Orange, The Coal Shed Brighton, The Coal Shed London, Tutto, The Salt Room, and The Crazy Goose.
From late-night cocktails at Burnt Orange to fire-led feasting at The Coal Shed and the relaunch of The Salt Room, this is a role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, culture, food, drinks and social storytelling. You’ll lead social media across the group while helping shape wider brand campaigns, launches, partnerships and guest experiences - creating work that not only looks great, but delivers real commercial impact.
One day you could be capturing content during a busy dinner
service, the next launching a new menu campaign, hosting influencers, planning
an event or presenting ideas to senior leadership. We’re looking for someone
creative, commercially aware and confident working across multiple fast-moving
brands.
You can expect to be on-site across our restaurants, events and launches, creating content where the action happens. This role is not office based.
