Description

We have an opening for 2 x Bar & Floor Staff to join our team. People with spirit, hospitality and flair.

- 20+ hours per week

- Availability required during daytime and evenings from Wednesday to Sunday (our site is closed on Monday and Tuesday)

- Previous experience in hospitality desirable 

The qualities we’re seeking are:
- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
- Experience in a customer role is preferable but not essential. Skills can be trained.
- Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.

- Remuneration of between £7.59 and £12.27 per hour.
- Full share of tips without company deductions equivalent to £2-4 per hour.

The recruitment process will be as follows:
- You will be invited to an interview.
- Successful interviewees will be invited to do a trial shift.
- If you enjoy the shift and we feel you’re the right person, you will be asked to a final interview.
- The successful candidate will undergo four-six weeks of induction and initial training.
