Digital Advertising Specialist


Description

City Winery strives to deliver the highest-end combined culinary and cultural experience to our customers who are passionate in sharing wine, music, and culinary arts. Position Summary

The Digital Advertising Specialist plans and implements paid digital advertisements promoting a range of products, including live concerts, comedy, wine, restaurant dining, and more.  They will have a focus on expanding outreach to targeted audiences, improving conversion rates, maintaining returns on ad spend, and increasing revenue.  This specialist may also support non-paid digital advertising initiatives. The right person for the role will have strong technical and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital advertising campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proven track record implementing, optimizing, and growing ad revenue with a keen eye to profit margin via Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience managing 40+ ad campaigns across multiple locations / businesses.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HTML.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations and action plans.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting digital ad issues with Google and Facebook support.
  • Ability to have flexibility outside of business hours to secure business needs.

 

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially other ad platforms.
  • Identify and stay within an optimal target return on ad spend and grow revenue.
  • Conduct keyword research and choose optimal keywords that not only drive the most traffic, but also create the most value for City Winery.
  • Write ad copy based on business goals and optimal keywords. Experiment with ad copy to find the messages that resonate best with City Winery’s various audiences.
  • Analyze ad impact and provide recommendations on how to continue to improve ads and landing pages in order to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain target ad budgets and provide recommendations supported with analysis when budgets should increase or decrease.
  • Support and coordinate non-paid digital advertising initiatives.
  • Perform any and all other related functions, projects, initiatives as per business need.
