F&B Manager

As Food & Beverage Manager at Generator Amsterdam, you'll lead the F&B service operation across our café, bar, restaurant and event spaces. Together with the Head Chef you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets.

Working closely with the General Manager and a diverse international team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our F&B offering, bring innovative ideas to life and make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative and social environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee stock management, purchasing, inventory controls and cost of sales performance.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and labor costs to achieve financial targets.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Continuously review and enhance menus, beverage offerings and operational processes to remain competitive and relevant.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, including bars, restaurants and events spaces.
• Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and food safety legislation.
• Experience in stock management, including inventory control, stock takes, ordering and wastage.
