Role Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Assist in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo's Restaurant within the spa.
• Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
• Manage a section in Hugo's Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs.
• Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
• Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.

Personal Specifications:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A solid understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with large volume covers.
• Food Safety Training.
