Responsibilities of the Role will Include:

• To lead the day-to-day management and operation of Hugo’s Restaurant, Atrium, and Poolside Drinks Service. 
• To ensure that all service areas deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with the company’s standards. 
• To be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining brand and service standards, staff development.
• To ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations within the assigned outlets.

 Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment

- Passionate about F&B with an in depth knowledge about the Food & Beverage Industry.

- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the hospitality industry.

- WSET Level 2 or 3 preferred
