We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operation of Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium, and Poolside Drinks Service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of multiple vibrant service areas and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of Hugo’s and associated outlets, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance, and a highly engaged team.
