Kizuki Ramen started in Tokyo, Japan and now has 22 restaurants in Tokyo, two restaurants in Taiwan, and nine restaurants in United States across, Washington, Oregon, Indiana and Illinois.

We want to provide the best and most authentic Ramen experience in United States and a great place to work for our team members. People is the most important element of our business.

We believe in a team first working environment which all of the team members will start their training from FOH assistant and eventually work their way into serving or management.

FOH Assistant are required to have the following capabilities:

- Have a positive attitude
- Have a "Guest First" mentality
- Have reliable transportation and great attendance
- Very organized and excellent at multitasking
- Have high stress management skill

You will be training from bussing to hosting and advancing into expo once you master the first two stations. Hosting and Expo will receive different tip rate each shift once the mastery level of the position is achieved. Our goal is to advancing all FOH assistant staffs into the Server team which will receive the majority of the tips during service.
