We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in presentation and ensures all service items are spotless, properly stocked, and ready for exceptional guest experiences. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service areas.

Responsibilities

• Polish all glassware, silverware, and plateware to ensure each item is spotless, blemish-free, and ready for service.

• Stock service stations with china, glassware, silverware, utensils, condiments, and other necessary supplies.

• Fold napkins and prepare additional place settings as needed for service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and dish area throughout the shift.

• Monitor inventory levels for polishing supplies and service items; report low stock to management.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

• Assist with additional tasks or side work as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Attention to detail: Ability to carefully inspect each item for smudges, water spots, or imperfections.

• Physical stamina: Able to stand for extended periods, lift 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.

• Efficiency: Works quickly and accurately, especially during busy periods.

• Teamwork: Communicates effectively and cooperates with other team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Following instructions: Capable of understanding and carrying out standard operating procedures and directions.

• Safety-conscious: Knowledge of proper handling and use of chemicals, cleaning tools, and equipment.

• Experience: Previous experience as a polisher or in the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
