We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pastry Chef to join our exceptional team of service leaders.
This position leads the pastry program in both production and service, working with the culinary team to create a dynamic and inspiring pastry experience using a wide range of techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of pastry production and service.
• Execute and develop recipes, maintain kitchen organization and equipment, and consistently model punctuality and professionalism.
• Demonstrate expertise in pastry techniques including scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, finishing, and more.
• Drive the creation and execution of seasonal menus and special features for both the restaurant and bakery.
• Ensure daily quality standards and consistency across all pastry offerings.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and communicate needs proactively to support seamless service.
• Champion a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration within the pastry team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional pastry experience in a restaurant, bakery, or hospitality setting of comparable caliber.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a professional pastry kitchen strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary or pastry degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills.
