Mountain, the new restaurant from Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat has opened in an historic building on a classic Soho street. An atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terroir, plates of seafood from the plancha in local fishermans bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.
Following a successful opening, we are settling into soho and as our team continue to grow and develop we are looking for the final front of house positions to complete our team. With a passion for great service, produce and local suppliers. As part of the front of house team, you will be experienced in all aspects of service, running a fast paced section to ensure on time table turns while maintaining excellent standards.
Super 8 is a small, independent group of unique restaurants.
