Job description

Mountain, the celebrated restaurant by Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat, is located in a historic building on a classic Soho street. Our atmospheric wood grill and wine bar draws inspiration from the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalonia and the rich Welsh terroir, offering plates of seafood from the plancha and long lunches reminiscent of vineyard dining with our favourite winemakers.

As we enter our second year, we are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership to support in our continued growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Demonstrated experience as either Assistant General Manager, or General Manager within a similar role in a busy London/city restaurant.
  • In-depth experience of managing all aspects of the restaurant, such as daily and weekly financials, and all aspects of health and safety management.
  • Proven track record in the recruitment and development of a large engaging team.
  • Be a hands-on, proactive leader who is comfortable to engage and lead a large team through high-volume services maintaining our hospitality, culture and atmosphere.
