Mountain, the celebrated restaurant by Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat, is located in a historic building on a classic Soho street. Our atmospheric wood grill and wine bar draws inspiration from the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalonia and the rich Welsh terroir, offering plates of seafood from the plancha and long lunches reminiscent of vineyard dining with our favourite winemakers.
As we enter our second year, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team and support in driving our continued growth and development.
The right candidate will;
