The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering the consistently high standards our guests expect.
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll help create beautifully executed dishes while developing your technical skills and understanding of exceptional seasonal ingredients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running your section confidently during preparation and service
Preparing and presenting dishes to Michelin-level standards
Working with outstanding seasonal British produce
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Collaborating with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team
Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
Continuously developing your skills, techniques and product knowledge
With regularly changing menus, every season brings new ingredients, new ideas and opportunities to learn.
About You
We're looking for chefs who genuinely care about their craft.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or section chef in a quality restaurant or fine dining kitchen
Strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for promotion are also encouraged to apply
A passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
A calm and organised approach during busy services
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity about ingredients, techniques and modern hospitality
A genuine desire to learn, improve and build a long-term career
Above all, we're looking for chefs who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative, ambitious kitchen.
