Casa Nela is seeking an experienced Pasta Cook to join our team at Rosemary's in the West Village. We’re looking for hospitality-driven team members who are passionate about food and beverage and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Experience preparing and cooking fresh pasta in a high-volume restaurant; NYC experience preferred
• Knowledge of pasta production, dough preparation, shaping, cooking techniques, and sauce execution
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when executing tasks
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays
