Taking its name from the iconic tower built for the 1951 Festival of Britain, Skylon is something special. We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Commis Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
