The striking space, centred around a chic award-winning cocktail bar. The menu focuses on modern British cuisine showcasing the best, seasonal ingredients in a relaxed environment.
A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Demi Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support a section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in service.
