What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Expert, you’ll create great experiences for every guest by:

• Greeting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Taking accurate orders and handling payments
• Making menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Keeping the dining area clean and welcoming
• Supporting your team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

• No experience needed—we provide training
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to food safety and company standards
