Our Snooze Story

We are Snooze, the OG brunch leaders who have never stopped flipping the script on breakfast, powered by culinary creativity, unmatched hospitality, and a passion for our communities. Our Snoozers bring their authentic selves to work every day.  This allows us to serve our Guests through genuine care and radical hospitality.

Joining Snooze means joining a team that disrupts the ordinary. Our menu is built on responsibly sourced ingredients—cage-free eggs, respect for animal welfare, and no added hormones or antibiotics—and bold ideas that energize Snoozers and Guests alike. Our impact goes beyond the plate, we’ve invested over $1M into local communities and created inclusive, vibrant spaces for the neighborhoods we serve.

We know that, just like pancakes, our people are better with passion, purpose, and pride. Here, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find a place to fuel your future, be celebrated for who you are, and help us make mornings brighter, bolder, and better for everyone. Will you join us?

What does your role bring to the table?

The Director of Brand Marketing leads the development and activation of Snooze’s brand across every guest touchpoint—owning programs that drive awareness, trial, frequency, and affinity. From third-party delivery and catering to in-restaurant vibe and merchandise, this leader translates brand strategy into measurable programs that grow traffic and revenue while amplifying the Snooze story. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Digital, and external partners to create cohesive experiences from screen to seat. This role reports to the EVP, Marketing.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Director of Brand Marketing isn’t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:

·       Third-Party Delivery: Own strategy and performance across delivery marketplaces; optimize menus, pricing, promotions, and content to drive profitable incremental sales. Manage partner relationships, negotiate co-marketing, and ensure strong operational readiness for peak periods.

·       Catering Channel: Build the catering growth plan—product, packaging, pricing, partnerships, and demand generation. Stand up B2B outreach, local market activation, and repeat programs to make Snooze the go-to for office breakfasts, events, and group occasions.

·       InRestaurant Touchpoints and Vibe: Steward the on-premise brand experience—from signage and digital menu boards to LTO storytelling and seasonal décor. Partner with Operations to ensure every element supports conversion, average check, and a vibrant Snooze vibe.

·       Merch Program: Lead the end-to-end merchandise strategy (assortment, sourcing, inventory, and ecommerce). Create drop calendars, collaborate with creative partners, and use performance data to refine collections that drive revenue and brand love.

·       ThirdParty Gift Cards: Manage program strategy, retail placement, distribution partners, and promotional cadence. Track lift, redemption, and profitability, and collaborate with Finance on forecasting and accruals.

·       Strategy, System, and Leadership: Build the system for Brand Marketing (planning cycles, toolset, and operating norms), set the strategy that delivers our brand and traffic goals, and provide leadership to the team and crossfunctional partners who bring it to life.
