What does your
role bring to the table?
The Digital Marketing Manager supports the
execution, optimization, and performance of Snooze’s digital channels. This
role focuses on day-to-day activation across loyalty, lifecycle, paid media,
SEO, online ordering, and emerging sales platforms. Working closely with the
Director of Digital Marketing, this role ensures campaigns are flawlessly
executed, insights are surfaced quickly, and Snooze’s digital presence remains
best-in-class. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
The Position
Specifics
Taking on the role of Digital Marketing Manager
isn’t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position
include:
· Loyalty & Lifecycle Strategy: Define and optimize the loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategy, including promotion calendar and guest engagement approach. Oversee the execution of Email, SMS, and Push campaigns to drive guest frequency, retention, and program performance.
· Paid Media & SEO Oversight: Oversee and optimize performance across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Yelp) while shaping channel strategy, managing investment allocation, and identifying opportunities to improve SEO and organic visibility.
· Online Ordering Optimization: Drive the performance of online ordering by directly analyzing guest behavior and optimizing the conversion funnel to maximize digital revenue and remove friction points.
· Conversion Funnel & Customer Journey Ownership: Own and optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey, analyzing guest behavior and conversion funnels to increase digital revenue, reduce friction, and improve overall experience.
· Sales Channel Growth & Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and launch new revenue-generating digital platforms and partnerships to diversify the marketing mix and capture new guest segments.
· Performance & KPI Ownership: Define KPIs and success metrics across all digital channels, owning performance against revenue, guest acquisition, and retention goals. Leverage data to drive decision-making and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
· Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Lead channel-level strategy and contribute to the overarching digital marketing roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
· Agency & Partner Management: Oversee external agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with strategy, performance expectations, and brand standards.
· Digital Ecosystem Ownership: Own and evolve the digital marketing ecosystem, including tools, platforms, and processes that enable scalable, efficient growth.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
· Strategy, System, and Leadership: Build the system for Digital Marketing execution, lead channel-level strategy and contribute to overarching digital marketing roadmap, and lead cross-functional digital marketing initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Let’s Get Physical (Additional Requirements)
· Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week
· Travel required for this position is approximately 10% and you must be able to travel for up to 5 days at one time (air, car, bus. Train, and weekend travel all required)
· Home base is in Denver, CO at the Snooze Restaurant Support Center (3 days a week required in office)
The Nitty Gritty Details:
Denver area base salary range: $90,000-$110,000
per year
The base salary range above represents the low
and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position. Actual salaries will
vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but
not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system,
quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or
necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze’s total
compensation package for employees.
