What does your role bring to
the table?
The Social & Communications
Manager is responsible for shaping how Snooze shows up in culture across social
media, earned media, and creator partnerships. Reporting to the Director of
Brand Marketing, this role moves beyond traditional social media management to
help build a content-driven brand engine that drives relevance, engagement, and
brand love. They serve as the connective force across social, PR, and
influencer channels, ensuring Snooze is expressed with a consistent,
compelling, and unmistakably human voice across every touchpoint. This
individual leads the execution of social and content initiatives, guides PR
agency partnerships, and develops influencer relationships that amplify the
brand in authentic, culturally relevant ways. They translate cultural insights
and trends into content people want to watch, share, and engage with, turning
moments from our restaurants and communities into meaningful storytelling.
Success in this role requires strong creative instincts, a deep understanding
of internet culture, and the ability to move fluidly between planning,
execution, and real-time content creation in a way that keeps Snooze culturally
relevant. At Snooze, this role helps ensure we don’t just participate in
culture, we help shape it.

The Nitty Gritty Details
Denver area base salary
range: $80,000-$100,000 per year
The base salary range
above represents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this
position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based
on various factors including but not limited to experience, education,
training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production,
responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just
one component of Snooze’s total compensation package for employees.
