What does your role bring to the table?
The People and Culture Specialist is the expert in
providing our Guests (the Snoozers who create magic in our restaurants) with an
exceptional level of service. You are expected to deliver upon our mission to
bring out the best in our Snoozers and Guests every day.
As one of the first voices our Snoozers hear when they reach out to the People & Culture Team for assistance, this role serves as a champion of Snooze’s culture and a reliable, knowledgeable resource for people-related needs across the entire employee lifecycle. You bring a People-First mindset, a passion for service, and a collaborative approach that supports the People & Culture function as a whole.
The People and Culture Team Specialist is an advocate of the Snooze Compass, constantly looking for ways to uphold the standards and excellence of the company. The Snoozer Experience Specialist is a vital member of the People + Culture Team who will champion and execute processes and administrative tasks that will help Snooze maintain and grow an everlasting People-First culture. Cultivating a place to work where an individual’s uniqueness is celebrated, people are appreciated, and our work environments are safe is a key ingredient to our success.

The Nitty Gritty Details
Denver area base compensation range: $26/hour-$36/hour
The base compensation range above
represents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various
factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location,
merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular
and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze’s
total compensation package for employees.
